CANCELLATION POLICY:
-No credit or refund for early departures
-No refund due to inclement weather
-Early check in/ late check out
based on availability
NIGHTLY- 1-6 nights pay for all up front, cancel 48 hours or more out get full refund minus $35 cancellation fee, inside 48 hours no refund.
WEEKLY- pay for 1st week in full to reserve, cancel 7 days or more out get full refund minus $60 cancellation fee, reserve for more than one week no refund on first week paid.
MONTHLY- Reserve with a security deposit of $400.00. No refunds on monthly reservations.
